Absolutely shocking. I know Margaret and one of her sons. I've also had trouble in the past with a staffy attacking one of my dogs. I was speaking to some random woman earlier today on Thelwall new road and she seemed to know who the owner was so hopefully a few do and they will be reported accordingly. .

I'd suggest that posting the photo on here is legally unsafe as well seeing as it's come from twitter rather than official police sources. Don't do it kids.

They have found her now, she did indeed live on thelwall new road.

i found a little dog dead on the grass verge on poplars av on friday morning, the dog had no head!
I contacted the council and they came and removed the dog
