Sam back to 6 with finch at 7, mike mc and tommy at hooker with amos at FB. Sam has been nullified at FB and is weak under the high ball. it needs to change and his step up to first or second receiver changed the game tonight.

We've seen what he can do. We've seen that he's a confidence player. Is that a drawback? Of course it is. He need a run of games to build the confidence. His future in this team is going to be at fullback if anywhere, so he needs the games there. It's as simple as that.

He may not look especially sharp now, I'll give you that one. But to suggest he's "trash" is way, way wide of the mark. The quality he exhibited from both the wing and, crucially, fullback last season shows this in abundance.

Send Finch back to where he came from and you'll be reyt.

Have to agree. Amos is a complete liability as the only things he is consistent with is being out of position, form or mental state. I must admit i have been blowing the IL trumpet for a while but he got it badly wrong on this one.
