This has happened to me. I raised it as a dispute with the bank because it came out randomly on a monday when i hadn't been at the stadium. Turns out it was just something i'd bought weeks before at a game. A bit strange, but nothing to worry about unless its an amount that looks suspicious obviously.
I nearly reported it yesterday. Happy enough that its legit, just seems odd. I know payments can come out some time after just never had it happen so late after a transaction
